Keep thinking I just received a defective one and it’s now broke the 5th time! Yes why did I rebuy 5 times..??? Well I liked the mop the one or 2 uses I get out of it before it breaks. Looking into a new system for home and work. Bought in both white and pink. Same issue with every mop head .
I love my joymoop mop, but I have to agree that the loops that attach the mop start coming unseen. Good idea to attach with loops PLUS the Velcro bottom though. With them ‘coming loose, I’m having a difficult time inserting the mop to wring it out.
How do you just order from here? Why do I have to go to Amazon to purchase? I need a replacement mop head
They tare out all the time, it cost me more money then they are worth it, , the mopheads should be made sturdier or velcro instead those flimsy bands on the mophead.
