It’s such a great system, very absorbent and keeps you from mopping with dirty water (I actually took janitorial vocational education classes and if you cannot see the bottom of your bucket it’s time to change the water because you’re spreading dirt at that point). My only complaint is that after a year or year and a half the plastic broke where the head slots into the handle and the heads are expensive to replace. I’m trying to fix with glue and different plastic covers to hold into place but the system itself is really really good. Maybe sell a more abrasive pad for harder cleans as well? But it’s a great product. As a professional janitor I highly recommend it

I love my joymoop mop, but I have to agree that the loops that attach the mop start coming unseen. Good idea to attach with loops PLUS the Velcro bottom though. With them ‘coming loose, I’m having a difficult time inserting the mop to wring it out.

They tare out all the time, it cost me more money then they are worth it, , the mopheads should be made sturdier or velcro instead those flimsy bands on the mophead.
